Ms. Jacqueline Ngu Pick Hei is a highly skilled TCM practitioner with a First Class Honors degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Inti International University. She is a registered and professional practitioner of TCM, specialising in the use of TCM approaches for family planning. 

Ms. Jacqueline received comprehensive training at renowned institutions in China, focusing on various areas of healthcare. She has honed her clinical skills and communication abilities through practical experience in different clinics. Committed to community service, she has actively participated in charity events, providing TCM services to the public. Since joining Xi Fertility TCM Centre, she has been dedicated to enhancing well-being and addressing women’s health concerns.
