By participating in this program, customers agree to the collection and use of their personal information for program-related purposes.


Participation is limited to customers who have received a service from our business (existing customer).

Program Duration:

a. The customer rewards program will be in effect until further notice.

b. Zhao Xi TCM Sdn Bhd reserves the right to extend or terminate the program at any time, without prior notice.

Reward Eligibility:

a. To be eligible for a free scalp or detox session, customers must provide a Google or Facebook review of our business during the program duration.

b. Each customer is entitled to only one free session regardless of the number of reviews submitted.

c. The review must be genuine, relevant, and comply with the platform’s terms of service.

Review Submission:

a. For Google reviews, customers must post their review on our Google My Business listing.

b. For Facebook reviews, customers must post their review on our official Facebook page.


a. After submitting the review, customers must notify our business through a designated contact method (e.g., email, phone) to initiate the redemption process.

b. The free scalp or detox session must be scheduled and redeemed within 3 months from the date of review submission.

c. Sessions are subject to availability, and advanced booking is required.

Exclusions and Limitations:

a. This reward program cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

b. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.

c. The reward is only applicable to a single scalp or detox session and does not include any additional services or products.

Modifications and Termination:

a. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the customer rewards program at any time, for any reason, without liability.

b. Any changes to the program will be communicated through our official communication channels (e.g., website, email).
